About Us

We're Ultimate Treasures, a resale and thrift shop in Downers Grove, IL, since 2020. We feature hand-selected furniture, home goods, artwork, kitchenware, seasonal decor, vintage items, hidden gems and more. From collectibles to unique antiques, there’s always something fun to be found in our store and warehouse. We’re looking forward to partnering with Woodridge, Oak Brook, and Lisle consumers to continue to offer a premier thrift experience. Our Story

Ultimate Treasures is a young and ambitious business established in 2020 by owner Martin Andras. Although he never set out to start a business selling treasures back to the world, the opportunity presented itself after reselling some Weber grills that came into his position.

We are proud of our curated inventory of unique finds that are priced to sell. Our collection is ever growing and constantly changing, so be sure to stop in often to have a chance at finding one of a kind items before others do. In our vast selection we typically carry antiques, tools, books, records, decorations, clothing, glass wear, and various furniture items.

Here are Ultimate Treasures, we’re striving to be the best in the industry and our products and services are just that. We attribute our success to our effective and friendly staff, as well as our innovative business model. Our entire team aims to meet local community and customer needs in our bargain shop and through other services provided.

Aside from providing the area with a wonderful thrift shop offering treasures to be found, we also make it a mission to give back just as our journey began with free, gifted items.

We love shopping for used furniture here! Last year we got 2 couches, a hutch, and a dresser and the other day we went back and got a dining set, dresser and nightstand, and 2 amazing vintage chairs. One huge perk is that they offer delivery in the Chicagoland area that’s bundled into the price. FYI Martin shows you the same respect you give him, which some customers don’t seem to understand. We will be back soon!

No more home shopping at anywhere else BUT this place. Diane was great! Basically you don’t pay attention to any prices you gather things take photos etc of what you can’t carry and she gives you a price. You can probably spend days in here so prepare yourselves. I will be back - just *without* my husband 😜

I love this place, the stock is always new and the staff is wonderful. So many fun treasures to find. I often loose track of time and they don't ever rush me. They even stayed an hour past close one night and I didn't even realize it. They are the bomb. They price by the lot so the thrill of the hunt is a blast. Totally stop by often!! Highly recommend.
